Customs Policy:
Customers purchasing within the USA are not subject to customs duties, as these orders are shipped directly from Jagua Factory's US warehouses to all of the United States and are considered domestic shipments.

International shipments to countries outside the USA may be subject to customs duties. These duties depend on the destination and the regulations of the destination country. Each country has different import procedures, determined by its customs laws. Generally, the type of merchandise and its value are determining factors for taxes and duties.

The customer will be responsible for paying the duties and must have all the necessary import documentation in order so that, upon arrival of their package in their country, it can be cleared and delivered promptly. If the customer does not have the required import documentation for customs clearance of their merchandise, delivery delays will occur, which could result in additional duties or, in the worst-case scenario, the loss of the package, as it cannot be returned to Peru. Jagua Factory does not offer refunds for packages abandoned by the customer at the destination customs office.

Since January 2022, in all European countries, customers pay customs duties on purchases over $1. As the customer, you are responsible for being aware of these potential charges and verifying whether or not you will pay taxes in your country. PLEASE NOTE SURCHARGES: In addition to duties and taxes, senders or recipients may sometimes face additional customs administration (auxiliary) charges from the carrier or customs broker, which may be for prepayment of duties or for special customs processing and approvals. Please note that DHL, in addition to providing shipping and customs broker services, also offers customs clearance services. JAGUA FACTORY is exempt from all liability for these customs charges and any other fees that may be levied by the carrier for its customs clearance services. If you do not require DHL's customs clearance service, you can also inform them that you have your own external customs broker to handle your order. While Jagua Factory covers shipping costs, these do not include any additional charges that the shipping company may apply in the destination country. To avoid surprises, please ask your carrier or customs broker what additional charges you can expect for the customs clearance of your goods in the destination country.

Jagua Juice can last up to 30 days without refrigeration; so upon receipt, keep it refrigerated between 3° and 5°C; store it like any other natural juice.Under refrigeration, Jagua Juice has a shelf life of up to 8 months.Warning: We recommend not freezing this product!Liquids expand when frozen. This expansion creates pressure, which can break the container.
