Return process:
The process of returning the Products will be as follows:

The User must contact the JAGUA FACTORY customer service center within the established period (7 days) requesting the return of the products and providing the name and surname, order number, names of the products to be returned and address in which will be collected. the products. Once the Return Request is approved, JAGUA FACTORY may send the User a guide for shipping through the corresponding Transport Company, as well as schedule the date on which the Transport Company will pick up the products at the address provided by the User. .

REFUNDS
